Terms of Service

These terms govern your subscription to the UK IPTV Hub service. Please read them before you order — by ordering or using the service you agree to them.

Effective 6 August 2026

1.Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and UK IPTV Hub (“we”, “us”, “the service”) covering your use of our IPTV service and this website. By ordering a subscription, requesting a trial, or otherwise using the service you confirm that you accept these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms you should not use the service.

2.The service

UK IPTV Hub provides access to live television channels and on-demand media supplied by third parties. We do not own or operate the underlying channels or streams, and we do not host the media content itself.

Channel lineups, on-demand titles and features may change over time as content is added or removed by the underlying sources. We aim to keep the lineup stable, but continuous availability of any specific channel or title cannot be guaranteed.

3.Accounts and credentials

Your access details (server address, username and password) are personal to you. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and for everything done with them.

  • Do not share, resell or publish your credentials without our written permission.
  • Tell us immediately if you believe your credentials have been exposed.
  • We may reset credentials at any time where we suspect misuse.

4.Orders, pricing and payment

Orders are placed by message over WhatsApp or Telegram. Prices are shown in euros on our pricing page and are charged once per term. Payment is made by card or cryptocurrency using the details we send you in chat.

Prices may change for future orders, but a change never applies to a term you have already paid for.

5.Free trials

We may offer a free one-day trial so you can test picture quality and speed on your own connection. A trial is one per person or household, is provided at our discretion, and may be withdrawn if we believe it is being abused.

6.Connections and fair use

Each plan includes three simultaneous connections, and you may purchase additional connections for €3.00 each per month. Unless agreed with us in writing, a single subscription is limited to five concurrent device sessions.

  • A “connection” means a single device streaming at one time.
  • Sharing a subscription outside your household is not permitted.
  • Streaming via public relays, re-streaming or resale is not permitted without a reseller agreement.

7.Refunds and cancellations

First-time customers may request a refund within two days of their first payment. After that window, payments are non-refundable, as the service and its costs are provisioned from the moment of purchase.

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
  • Abuse of the refund policy may result in the request being declined.
  • Your subscription does not renew automatically — simply do not place a new order to stop.

8.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for anything unlawful, or in breach of the rights of others.
  • Copy, record, redistribute or publicly perform content obtained through the service.
  • Attempt to interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer our systems.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or resell the channel list.

9.Intellectual property and third-party content

All third-party content made available through the service remains the property of its respective owners. Nothing in these terms transfers any rights in that content to you.

Our own branding, software and website content belong to us. Copyright concerns are handled under our DMCA policy.

10.Service availability

We work to keep the service running smoothly and monitor it continuously, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upstream source changes, network issues and events beyond our control may cause interruptions.

Some internet service providers filter streaming traffic. Where that happens, a VPN may be required — see our IPTV VPN guide.

11.Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the term in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.

13.Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we reasonably believe your account is being misused. Where practical, we will tell you why.

14.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15.Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The courts of Bern have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the service.

16.Notices

Formal notices under these terms must be given at least fourteen (14) days in advance and sent to the contact address below. We will send notices to the email address associated with your account.
